Minimums & Pricing
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum production order is 12 pieces. Anything under 12 pieces is considered sampling.
Q: Can I mix/match garment styles (e.g. half t-shirts and half hoodies) in a single order?
A: Yes. Different garment styles can be combined in a single order to receive quantity discounts, but it's important to note that only certain garment styles work well together. For example, t-shirts and hoodies are similar garments and would work well for this process, but t-shirts and pants would not.
Q: Can I order 24 units of one design and 24 units of another design and still get 48-unit pricing?
A:Unfortunately, no. Each design requires independent set-up time, so although you can order 24 units of one design and 24 units of a different design, they will be billed as two 24-unit orders and not on 48-unit order. (Note: the same exact graphical design in in alternate colors can be counted as a single order, but incurs an ink change charge of $15/color.)

Q: What is your maximum print area?
A: We can handle jumbo prints up to 24" x 36".
Q: Do you do all-over prints?

Q: What are your standard ink colors?
Q: Do you do PMS color matches?
A: Of course! Standards inks are free, but we can match the unique PMS colors in your artwork for $15/per color.
Q: Can you make a design for me?
A: Yes, we have a fully-capable art department that can create a unique design perfect your order and meeting all of our print specs for only $45 per hour. We can complete most jobs within one hour.
Q: Can you print pre-production samples?
A: Yes, we regularly print pre-production samples and create custom cut-n-sew samples for our larger customers. Please see our terms & conditions for more.
Q: Do I need to supply the garments, or can you get them for me?
A: We have wholesale accounts with many of the most popular blanks providers — from Hanes to American Apparel to Adidas and everything in between. And we can get garments for you at preferred pricing. Please see our catalog for a complete list of what we have to offer.
Q: Do you do contract printing?

Q: What is your typical turnaround time?
A: Most jobs are completed within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping time, depending on the size and nature of the order. Rush orders are available for an additional charge for clients working on tight deadlines. If you have a time-sensitive order, be sure to let us know ahead of time and we'll make the proper arrangements.
Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
A: Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and take 1-6 business days (depending on location) to reach their destination. A: No, we don’t use sub-contracters to do our work for us. You will always get Stylus-quality garments created by Stylus workers! Over the course of time, however, we've run into to several other companies we'd like to recommend to our customers seeking products we don’t currently offer (flyers, brochures, etc.). Q: My sibling/cousin/neighbor prints shirts at his/her house for cheap. Why should I use a full-service print shop instead?
A: If you’ve already read about why you should choose us but would still like some info, we'll put it pretty simply: we are not the cheapest apparel production company in the world, or even the area. We are, however, one of the best. There will always be someone willing to print garments for baseline pricing, even at loss, just to get started or build a client list. However, ordering cheaply-printed garments from a "friend of a friend" and receiving a poor-quality order that isn’t sellable and must be reprinted elsewhere, by someone like us, means more money and time will be spent in the long run than ordering with a full-service shop like us from the beginning. We believe in getting your order right the first time, not the second or third. The garments we print will not only "Wow!" our customers, but yours as well.
